Our Certified Trainers will work with you to develop a program specific to your needs and, at no additional cost, will visit your site at a time convenient for you (including Saturdays) to provide training and assistance.
Instructor Training Course
We offer a four-day course for driver instructors. Participants learn the Principles of Teaching Adults and how to teach classroom Defensive Driving. They receive hands-on training in all facets of Passenger Assistance and Behind-the-Wheel skills. Participants acquire the knowledge and the materials they need to return to their agencies as qualified driver trainers, able to provide one-on-one training and classroom instruction.

Hire the Best - Avoid the Rest
Designed for managers or anyone participating in the screening and hiring process, this interactive course addresses the stresses and pitfalls facing those who do the hiring. The course identifies strategies for getting the best person for the job, including: identifying the skill set needed for the job, in-depth interviewing to really find out about the applicant, and alternative and seldom-used techniques for assessing personalities and skills.
