Bragg & AssociatesIn our ongoing efforts to improve services to our members, we are pleased to report that we have engaged the services of Gregory B. Bragg & Associates to administer all new claims and occurrences effective July 1, 2008.  Additionally, we expect that Bragg will assume the handling of all open claims within the next 90 days.

Bragg & Associates has been the claims adjuster for our Workers’ Compensation Group since its inception in 2004 and those members have been raving about the outstanding service they receive. We are very happy that we can now offer these advantages to our VIP members as well.

In addition to consolidating our claims administration for both pools, Bragg brings to us a number of valuable benefits and innovations that will enhance our ability to serve you more effectively including:

  • Online access to your claims information 24/7
  • Automated loss reports
  • Aggressive claims investigation to protect you from fraudulent and nuisance claims
  • Staff dedicated to NonProfits United members

We are currently working with Bragg’s staff to assure a smooth transition.  In the very near future, you will receive a letter of introduction and packet of additional materials from Bragg.  They will also be scheduling visits in various parts of the state to meet you and your staff, introduce their key staff, learn about your operations, and answer any questions you may have.

The major difference for you will be that you will be reporting claims and occurrences directly to Bragg instead of to us.  We apologize for any convenience this may cause, but we are convinced that the benefits you will receive by making this change will far outweigh any inconvenience you may experience.
