Underwriting Guidelines
Membership is subject to subsequent approval by the Board of Trustees, and thereafter subsequently the application and granting of an Affiliate Certificate of Consent to Self-Insure to the Group Member by the Manager of the Department of Industrial Relations, Office of Self-Insurance Plans (DIR OSIP). Proposed Group Members will satisfy the Underwriting Guidelines as established by the WCG Board of Trustees.
