Jeff has 39 years experience in the insurance industry working for small and national brokers. For the past 16 years he has been an associate with Wasserman & Associates. He is currently Chair of the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation of Sacramento, and has served on that board for the past twenty years. He has also served on the United Cerebral Palsy National board and is the recipient of the Ethel L. Hausman volunteer of the year award. He has also served on the Alta California Regional Center Board, the Sacramento Mobility Coalition as its chair. He is the Vice President of the Sacramento Country Day Booster Club, and serves as a member of the California Automobile Assigned Risk Plan.
Jeff has been involved for over twenty years in the developmental disability field and as Chair of the UCPA Sacramento Foundation was instrumental in establishing the ACE, Autism Center of Excellence program at Sacramento State College. He lives in Sacramento with his wife Jane and their son Matthew. |

Don oversees our entire Risk Management program and is building a resource center for our members. Don meets with members, one-on-one, to evaluate their risk exposures and develop a plan to improve their safety and efficiency. He supervises our team of evaluators and TSI-certified instructors, maintains our library of training materials, produces workshops and training seminars, and monitors industry trends in safety and risk control. Don was the Executive Director of Gold County Telecare, a Paratransit service for elderly and disabled people in Grass Valley, CA, for over 12 years and a VIP board member for eight years. He has been in the transportation field for over 30 years as driver, trainer and manager.
Don lives in Grass Valley with his wife, Jacci, and their dog and cat. He has four children and five grandchildren. When not on the job, Don likes to work around the house they are refurbishing. |

Bree Wallace is a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent with over 10 years experience in various lines of Insurance. Bree manages the auto liability pool for our members with respect to endorsements, certificates, driver approvals, invoicing and marketing and general customer service.
Bree lives in Sacramento with her two sons and is a motorcycle enthusiast with 6 years in a worldwide motorcycle club. She is also a volunteer for “Family Night” at her local Community Center, loves the outdoors and is a huge NBA fan.

Anna Marie is the main contact for all members of the WCG. She manages the needs of our members and handles the underwriting of prospective members. She interfaces with our claims administrators, our reinsurance brokers, and the state Department of Industrial Relations Office of Self-Insurance Plans. Before coming to NPU, Anna Marie was the Underwriting Manager for the CSAC Excess Insurance Authority (CSAC EIA).
Anna Marie received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento and a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She lives in the Sacramento area with her husband and daughter. She is an avid motorcycle rider and a “Halloween Entertainment Specialist”.

Irene is the controller of NonProfits United, where she oversees
all accounting, human resources and administrative functions
for the organization.
Prior to joining NPU, Irene spent seven
years as the CFO of a Behavioral Health Facility in Sacramento,
CA. Before that, Irene spent five years as the Controller for
a software company in El Dorado Hills, where she was a major
player in securing multi-million dollar Series A and Series
B financing. She also has a fifteen year tenure as the Controller
for a manufacturing company in West Sacramento. Her professional
history has given Irene vast experience in all facets of accounting
as well as having established a great network of colleagues
and friends in the Medical, Software, Manufacturing, Audit
and Taxation fields.
Irene earned her Bachelor of Science degree,
majoring in Accounting from an Internationally accredited university
in Manila, Philippines. She was working on her Accountancy
certification when she became a mother for the first time,
and then the second time…and six children later, she now has
a bonafide certificate in Motherhood! Outside of spending time
with her children and grandchildren, her biggest pleasure is
reading a good book. A gift from her husband of two decades,
she now owns a Kindle (an electronic e-book), and looks forward
to indulging in its wonders!
